This area is defiined on a map as the dividing line between the Wrangell and St. Elias mountain ranges, a unique vantage point to be sure! A mighty and respectable range in themselves, they span along the Gulf of Alaska from Anchorage to beyond Cordova and also contain the Bagley Ice Field, the largest non-polar ice sheet in the world. |
