Setting up our tents here will give us the amazing privilege of watching the alpenglow on Mount Saint Elias (18,008 ft), as well as an endless sea of un-named and un-climbed mountains all around us. This area has everything; unlimited glacier travel days, world-class skiing/snowboarding, climbing, and the finest views of the Saint Elias and Chugach Mountains to be had. |
