you ever woken up on a glacier before?
By leading visitors off the beaten path and deeper into the country they’re here to see, we hope to provide an adventurous “trip of a lifetime” experience. There are an infinite amount of campsites available on the ice, choosing the views and locations that suit your group best. Day 1 Meet at our office in Kennicott by 11 a.m. to organize gear. After lunch we take you on the equivalent of a half-day glacier hike before settling on a campsite for the evening. Long summer nights provide inspirational and long-lasting sunsets. Relax after dinner and enjoy peaceful solitude & indescribable views. |

There are options to hike closer to the massive Stairway Icefall, hike onto the Donoho Landmass and have lunch at a beautiful lake, cruise up to Erie Lake, a glacially dammed and iceberg-ridden lake nestled alongside the Root, or have a lazy day simply enjoying the epic scenery surrounding us. This is a full day of activity. |
